Selah Freedom, we exist to end sex trafficking and bring freedom to the exploited. Headquartered in Sarasota, Florida, we serve survivors through prevention, outreach, and safe housing programs across the Midwest and Southeast.
✨ What You'll Do
As an
Assessment Case Manager, you'll be a critical part of the survivor's journey by helping them navigate next steps and stabilize their lives. You'll offer hope, guidance, and hands-on assistance to those in our Assessment Program, ensuring they have the tools they need to move forward.
You Will
- Facilitate survivor assessments, treatment planning, and connections to services like housing, legal, education, and medical care.
- Help survivors obtain vital documents such as ID, Social Security cards, and birth certificates.
- Provide safe and reliable transportation to appointments, job interviews, classes, and more.
- Keep accurate documentation and case notes.
- Attend and contribute to team meetings, trainings, and collaborative planning.
🧠What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Criminology, or other behavioral science - or lived experience.
- Passion for working with survivors of sex trafficking and those affected by trauma.
- Familiarity with trauma-informed care, substance abuse treatment, or post-traumatic stress recovery.
- Experience in cross-cultural work settings.
- A clean driving record and willingness to travel locally.
- A heart aligned with our mission and core values.

📅 Schedule & Work Environment
- Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
- Occasional nights and weekends as needed (with notice)
- Moderate physical activity and travel required
- Work environment is generally quiet to moderate in noise
